My role with iWave has grown and expanded in many ways. I primarily now research the individuals and organizations who express interest in our organization. Whether it's via our digital content online or via one of the many virtual conferences we've sponsored or attended. I help turn that interest into a conversation about how iWave can help them in their work, I am proficient in using Salesforce, Excel and Google Sheets as well as Salesloft. I work well with a team of over 14 Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives. I provide direct support to the SDRS in helping them create focused outreach cadences to start new conversations and bring existing prospects back to iWave. I also work closely with our Marketing team, sharing my insights on the success of their campaigns to help them better direct their messaging to the right people in the nonprofit world. I love my job and it feels good knowing that every sale we make is helping a nonproft achieve their goals.
