My biggest personal achievement for me was relocating my family from Manchester to the North East of Scotland, a beautiful part of the UK. I wanted a lifestyle change of living in the country to make the most of being outdoors as much as possible, with beautiful beaches too. It's taught me that you can set goals not just in your working career but also outside of work. There were challenges along the road, but with a positive attitude whilst adapting & learning, we got there in the end, achieving my goal.
