I worked in the Quality Control Lab analyzing raw material, in-process and finished product samples. The products included hair sprays/mousse/oils, shaving gels, air fresheners, hand lotions, cleaners, disinfectants, furniture polishes, cooking oils, dishwashing detergents, and pet shampoos. I routinely used HPLC, IR, UV-Vis, GC, Karl Fischer titrators, pH, and viscometers. This facility operated virtually 24/7 and the lab environment was very fast paced. Multitasking, documentation and attention to detail was extremely important.The lab implemented a new LIMS system of which i was a primary contributor.
