Design curriculum and lead training and DISC workshops for Superintendents, Assistants, Athletic Directors, and Principals at an independently owned firm providing leadership development training to school districts throughout the St. Louis area.

Assisted the Superintendent with the overall administration, management, and educational leadership of a top-rated, accredited public school district in Missouri with 33 schools, 4,700 employees and 22,000 students in a 150 sq. mile area.• Supported development and implementation of educational programs, policies, and initiatives to enhance student achievement and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; co-managed a $370 million annual budget.• Oversaw 34 K-12 sites and provided leadership and direction to direct reports including 29 School Principals, a Early Childhood Director, Director of Community Education, Director of Safety, 504 Coordinator, and Behavior Specialist Director.• Directly involved in sourcing, selecting, and implementing software for Visitor Management, Transportation, and Student Management; secured, reviewed and awarded bids; sold-in the need for new technology to the community.• Worked closely with 7 School Board Members; participated in district oversight of transportation, custodial, food service, nursing, professional learning, curriculum, finance, special education, data & research, and diversity & equity.• As Executive Director, oversaw 19 Elementary Schools, 1 Early Childhood Center, Parkway-Rockwood Community Education, and school safety; served as liaison with Special School District.

Fairway Elementary (Jul. 2010 to Jun. 2014) | Bowles Elementary (Jul. 2006 to Jun. 2010) • Developed and implemented the school’s vision, mission, and goals while providing strong instructional leadership and fostering a culture of continuous improvement at Bowles (450 students / 65 teachers & staff) and Fairway (550 / 90).• Worked collaboratively with teachers, parents, and the community to promote academic excellence and foster the social and emotional development of students; managed budget & resources; ensured adherence to regulations.• Led Bowles to be recognized as a Missouri School of Character and National School of Character, and to achieve top ten ranking in Missouri Assessment Program (MAP) scores; led Fairway to be honored as a Blue Ribbon School by US Dept of Ed.

Assisted the school Principal in the administration of the school’s educational program and operations. Ross Elementary (Jul. 2004 to Jun. 2006) | Sorrento Springs Elementary (Jul. 2002 to Jun. 2004) • Supervised teachers and staff (60 at Sorrento / 90 at Ross) to create a positive learning environment that fostered success for students (400 at Sorrento / 600 at Ross); cultivated relationships with parents, community members, and organizations.• Assisted with scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation; addressed student behavior; communicated with stakeholders.

Created a nurturing & stimulating classroom environment that promoted learning & development for students in grades 2,3, and 4 at Pond Elementary School.• Designed engaging lesson plans, delivered instruction, assessed student progress, and maintained open lines of communication.
