Hazard Material Information Reporting System, DOD Defense Logistics Agency – For DLA, customized ProSteward to serve as DoD’s next generation Hazard Material Information Reporting System, the Federal MSDS repository managing over 270,000 products used by nearly 10,000 personnel across numerous agencies including all of DoD, GSA, Coast Guard, and CDC.TEMPO, State EPA’s – As director of CGI-AMS’s environmental service line, responsible for the TEMPO® offering, CGI-AMS’s commercial permitting, compliance, and enforcement system, which is used by nine state EPA’s to regulate over 750,000 entities. Early is his career, he served as development manager for MN PCA air quality system, an integrated permitting, compliance, and enforcement system that was a precursor of TEMPO. While serving as CGI-AMS’s environmental e-commerce lead, he worked with NJ DEP to create its web portal, the first of its kind for online environmental transactions.
