Managed and developed software processes, ensuring software/mechanical engineers follow and meet Air Force requirements. Review and approve all software change requests and engineering changes. Conduced Test Plan Working Groups, Product Improvement Working Groups, Software Change Review Boards, Configuration Control Boards, Engineering Design Reviews and Program Management Reviews. Ensures proper integration of LYNX Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), KU SATCOM and other third party systems are integrated with the Predator MQ-1/9 system.

Responsible to coordinate and manage the installation and testing of new capabilities and system improvements on the USAF MQ-1 remotely piloted aircraft (RPA). Managed configuration during operational testing and ensures engineering drawings/schematics and manuals are accurate. Designs and writes test plans, measures of performance, evaluation criteria, test briefings, and test reports. Responsible to process, archive, and perform quality control on all test data. Recommends RPA and related systems design improvements.

Coordinated field/depot level Avionic/Electronic repair actions on Predator Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), Ground Control Stations (GCS), KU Satellite Communications and SAR. Trainer to USAF pilots, sensor operators, UAV/GCS maintenance personnel, and civilian sub-contractor personnel. Maintain LAN communications between shelters to include configuring CISCO routers.

Representative to the United States Air Force (USAF) coordinating all field/depot level avionic/electronic repair actions (including component level troubleshooting and repair) on Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) and Ground Control Stations (GCS). Trainer to USAF pilots, sensor operators, UAV/GCS maintenance personnel, and civilian sub-contractor personnel.

Inspection, troubleshooting, servicing and repair to UAV and GCS systems. Duties included periodically supervising shifts, maintaining Solaris operating systems and video dissemination. Maintained and inspected all communication, navigation and cryptographic systems on the E-3 Air Warning and Control Systems (AWACS)
