I have lived in Arizona since Jan 2000, moving here from Seattle WA. I moved to Arizona for the sun and to get out of the rain in Seattle. I love the outdoors, hiking, water skiing, paddle boarding, being part of nature. From the moment I moved here I was surprised that everyone didn't have solar power. It is sunny practically every day. But when I looked into it I realized that Solar panels we just not efficient enough to convert the suns energy into useable energy. As time has passed Solar panels have increased their efficient while the cost has decreased. That New technology along with government incentives has now made it a NO Brainer decision to Now GO SOLAR. Every business and property owner can now save money, be secure from electrical blackouts and help the environment. Utility companies are still burning coal and continue to raise rates. With more and more people buying electric cars, with the Colorado river flowing less and less the electrical grid is become more and more fragile, it is making more and more sense to go solar.
