I started with this company as a Safety Manager traveling from job site to job site all over the country spot checking them for compliance with OSHA regulations. Over the past several years I have taken on progressive responsibilities for the overall safety department while also visiting job sites all over the country on a regular basis. I immediately respond to any and all incidents the may result in regulatory interaction. I also provide Corporate Safety oversight to 3 metal stud manufacturing facilities in three different states. These facilities fall under the corporate umbrella of services provided by myself.

I served as a consultation arm for 47 contractors. My consultation services covered all facets of EHS development, management, and training. I negotiated my service contracts with my clients and also negotiated on their behalf with OSHA, EPA, and DOT.

Trained students in Masonry Construction. Wrote JHA’s and developed safe plans of action to be used during the hands on portion of the training. Also served as the Training Coordinator and Director of Education which I met with contractors and developed training programs to meet their companies specific needs.
