Special Operations Pacific (SOCPAC) Operations Lead and C5ISR Subject Matter Expert (SME), Camp Smith, HI (January 2023 - April 2024): Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) C5ISR Integration SME supporting the SOJ35 Directorates Cross Functional Team (CFT) planning effort’s, working closely with military and civilian government sponsors from across the command addressing their critical mission needs, documenting operational needs, identifying relevant emerging technologies, and created advanced solutions to address mission challenges in the Indo-Pacific region. The position required close collaboration with Peripheral Functional Team (PFT) and First Island Chain (FIC) leads, as well as the Service Components (PACFLT, PACAF, MARFORPAC, and USARPAC) providing expert recommendations and support to properly planned, prepared, and resourced the integration of various technology platforms with units operating under Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) in the INDOPACOM AOR was accomplished.
