Extensive experience with Membrane bioreactors and RO operations, and industrial pretreatment and regulatory compliance and solid waste treatment and disposal. Have done extensive Divisional, Departmental, and governmental system administrative and managerial work for over 30 years from developing and managing operational budgets and capital improvement plans, working on federal and state grant funding, and hiring and training staff. The largest capital improvement budget I worked on was $256 million dollars and my largest staff was 116 full-time employees in six divisions.
