Responsible for Identification of land acquisition opportunities for Pulte Homes of Indiana within the Central Indiana marketplace. Lead land team in acquisition and entitlement of top three performing communities in Central Indiana over last four years. Acquired land for both Del Webb communities in Central Indiana. The Indiana Divisions performance was consistently in top 20% for all key metrics within the Pulte organization.Initiated bill that became law that allows age restricted communities within the State of Indiana to utilize Tax Increment Financing in their development. Worked with Town of Plainfield to successfully implement first Del Webb community utilizing new TIF legislation.

Responsible for overseeing and managing a team marketing the Hamilton Proper community in Fishers Indiana. Developed a strategy to pursue and place under contract distressed residential assets in Florida, North Carolina, Indiana and Tennessee with the intent to attract international investors. Assets identified became top producing communities in respective markets as housing market recovered.

Responsible for the zoning and entitlement of the $185 million Eddy Street Commons project in South Bend, Indiana. Also repsonsible for negotiating TIF and other development incentives with the City of South Bend. Structured a profit sharing agreement with Eddy Street condominium builder that has allowed Kite to participate in the profits from the townhome and other "for sale" units within the development.
