Assisted production group in achieving their quality, production and efficiency goals. Scheduled TPS, PMs, planned jobs, projects, Kaizens, Lean Process Improvements and weekend work utilizing CMMS (Maximo). MCP Group Leader - Led site Capital projects group of 50 engineers and construction specialist to complete turnarounds and shutdowns as well as capital projects for line upgrades and expansions with scopes of up to $100mn.

Designed and oversaw an Instrumentation calibration system, developed maintenance PMs, PLC ladder logic programming, Intellution HMI programming, loop and system tuning, as well as designed and implemented improvements to the existing equipment.
