I am seeking a a position that utilizes my skills that have saved two school districts over $18 million. Skills include the ability to troubleshoot systems and practices that waste energy and other utility resources. Work well with maintenance technicians to triage maintenance complaints in a manner that considers energy and other resource utilization when responding to occupant complaints and concerns.

Responsible for managing resource use to minimize waste. Resources include energy, water, and solid waste. Also responsible for managing energy related capital improvement projects. Projects have included complete HVAC retrofits (including the replacement of rooftop units and controls) at 2 middle schools and 1 high school. I have also managed lighting retrofits and upgrades at numerous schools in the district. Since my employment with Evergreen Public Schools, the district has received 2 Partner of the Year Awards and 5 Sustained Excellence Awards from EPA's ENERGY STAR program. The Sustained Excellence Award is ENERGY STAR's highest award.
