Commercial Director, Eastern Hemisphere
Current- Selected by Executive Management to lead the Middle East, Africa (MEA) and Asia operational divisions, to precipitate growth markets and drive new business.
- Analyze and evaluate existing service contracts, determining measures to increase client satisfaction and contract spend.
- Oversee the annual sales strategy across the Eastern Hemisphere and develop effective measures to increase market share and sales growth, with a particular focus on new and offshore accounts.
- Lead and develop a team of 25 employees across three distinct regions - Middle East / Europe/Africa and the Asia Pacific.
- Provide training and development to regional teams, ensuring managers and team members are up to date with knowledge and understanding of Service Levels, Key Performance Indicators and Commercial Awareness.
- Keep abreast of competitor commercial activity, determine opportunities and consider threats in tight business markets.
