- Estimate lump sum contracts from $500,000 to $10 million medical office buildings, medical office renovations, and wood frame housing units.- Oversee the construction of the larger awarded projects as the construction project manager.- Assist the architect on negotiated projects to make design choices assuring meeting budget constraints.
