Managed an experienced team of expert Project Managers and Scrum Masters (a.k.a. Delivery Managers) to ensure OT's standards are clearly defined and achieved throughout the entire process of each initiative's development and execution. We work with all areas of the organization from top to bottom to drive beneficial change through effective communication, process improvements and financial analysis.As the manager of the team, I oversee the work of all PMO personnel, taking ownership of the resulting quality of each project, program and portfolio deliverable. I strive each day to provide the team with clarity and guidance when needed to help ensure each of us can be as effective and efficient as possible in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Successfully managed our Member Portal portfolio of projects and programs for the first 18 months with OT to improve and maintain member retention through innovation and design. I then switched portfolios to implement strategic goals related to enrolling new members. Responsibilities and key achievements included: - Driving the successful completion of projects and programs throughout the SDLC- Ensuring strategic portfolio goals were administered and controlled- Attaining Scrum Master certification and performing the role for several months- Working with multiple teams across the organization to identify and implement a series of process improvements benefiting the organization- Working closely with PMO team members to advance best practices and templates for the team, improving quality and efficiency

Managing GDS Link's US Software Delivery Team, ensuring that the team delivers high quality software solutions on time to meet and exceed Client expectations. Team members are encouraged to be proactive, communicative and innovative, allowing our solutions to continue fulfilling the Financial Industry's ever-evolving needs. With 10+ years of Software Delivery experience, I still remain actively involved in software deliverables on a daily basis to ensure high standards are maintained and newer team members in the US and Asia are trained effectively.

Work closely with GDS's Clients to design, develop & manage the production of software solutions, using a number of technologies, including proprietary in-house software.Other primary responsibilities include Client training, assisting in product design meetings & providing input on product enhancements for end-user ease-of-use.

The role involved applying my knowledge and experience of the credit industry to recommend solutions to Clients that incorporated many of Experian’s sophisticated products. High-quality communication skills were key to the role, as well as resource leadership, researching and task management skills. As part of the role, I managed the customer relationship, while liaising closely with my team to ensure solutions were developed and delivered on schedule

The role involved developing and supporting Credit Scoring Systems throughout the whole Software Development life cycle. The responsibilities included analyzing business requirements, project management, resolving issues, producing specifications, configuring and testing the software, and finally delivering it to the client within planned timescales.
