My achievements included:• Establishing a national network of contacts to document political activity, government corruption and human rights abuses;• Coordinating the documentation of human rights abuses against MDC members and activists, including creating a database of reports of corruption and human rights abuse;• Briefing lawyers to take legal action against human rights abusers;• Managing three staff members who were all direct reports (media officer, education officer and photographer/video camera person);• Researching and filming documentaries for Carte Blanche and numerous stories for international media institutions, including the BBC;• Providing strategic advice on campaigning to civic organisations (including Civic Support North, ZCDT, Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights and Justice for Agriculture) and the MDC.
