After completing the on line courses, I applied for the role of trainer at Skanska training academy and was accepted. During my time at Skanska I have developed my knowledge further with a diverse range of qualifications, which has led to being promoted to my present role as Lead trainer/IQA. Due to no further challenges in my role, I changed career direction by studying in my spare time as an assessor. This afforded me the opportunity to apply for the role at Skanska training academy as a trainer which is now my current role. This new career move I believe gives me the advantage of passing on my knowledge and experience which I have gain over the years and helping others to understand the correct Health and Safety which is needed when working in this type of environment, I also have a very proactive approach in attaining the best from my candidates/learners.
