Why do I believe this?Because I used to be on the other side of that statement.Feeling like I was going through groundhog day, living life on autopilot, having trouble sleeping. Anxious about my relationships in life, often feeling like an outsider in groups, without many strong connections, often wearing one of my many masks.I felt trapped in my life, like life was happening to me, passing me by, without any control over what happened, and I was too old to start something new so might as well look forward to retirement.
