Why do I believe this?Because I used to be on the other side of that statement.Feeling like I was going through groundhog day, living life on autopilot, having trouble sleeping. Anxious about my relationships in life, often feeling like an outsider in groups, without many strong connections, often wearing one of my many masks.I felt trapped in my life, like life was happening to me, passing me by, without any control over what happened, and I was too old to start something new so might as well look forward to retirement. (I was 38 years old by the way!)It ALL changed when I had my Breakthrough…(others might call it a breakdown)The journey to recovery was filled with breakthrough after breakthrough.Each time discovering new stories that make me behave a certain way or hold myself back.I know people struggle with 3 things when it comes to living a life with passion and purpose:▶ They’re frustrated because they want to make a change but don’t know what to do about it, where to start or sometimes even WHAT they want to do▶ They feel anxious about making changes because they believe they don’t have the time or money to do anything about it▶ They feel fear, fear to fail or sometimes fear to succeed, the unknown can be a scary place when our brain is wired for comfort and safety.How do I know this, because this used to be me.Through my coaching program I empower people to recognise exactly what is holding them back so they can go and get whatever they want in life.
