I'm Dave Crooks. The biggest thing you should know about me is I owe my life to Christ for saving me out of a terrible drug addiction in my young 20's. Pretty much ever since then I've been dedicated to helping others find the same hope, joy and purpose that I have found in the Lord. I've been married to the love of my life, Lacey, since December 2006 and we have four wide-open kids. I worked in Christian ministry in Florida for a decade before joining a fellow drug program graduate in Spartanburg in 2017 to work on building Evans Training Center, "Evans" in honor of the late founder of the program where God delivered me in Okeechobee, FL. I don't deserve the life I have but I am very grateful for it. Working on Evans has been rewarding and challenging. The miracles I see on a regular basis and the impact those miracles make on families motivates me to keep forging forward.
