The Senior Analyst, Reporting and Analysis, under the direction of the Director of Reporting and Analysis, provides a broad range of services related to clinical trial EDC and RTSM development, database administration, database deployment, report generation, basic trend and analysis quality and procedural compliance. This position maintains ongoing specifications for new and enhanced reporting to ensure consistent implementation of business policies and adherence to data and reporting procedures. Coordinates with Statistical, Data Management, Clinical and Medical team members to ensure all assigned reports in development queue are accurate and quality tested in accordance with policies.The Senior Analyst:• Executes the standardization of design, documentation, testing, and implementation of clinical data collection, and clinical database review• Assists in building standards and departmental infrastructure to reporting and analysis to support global projects • Collaborates and coordinates with Medical, Clinical, Biostatistics and Regulatory to evaluate and analyze data to aid in smart protocol design, implementation across programs and clinical protocols as well as accurate data capture and data trend analysis

Multiple Corporate Divisions (Yarn, Apparel, Bakeware, Ribbon, And Party)

Develops demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation using statistical forecasting models and market intelligence that will allow for better accuracy across the entire supply chain process - Leading to enhanced customer service, lower inventory costs, lower transportation costs, improved planning processes, and maximized profitability. Position collaborates with members of the organization including Executive Management, Category Management, Inventory Management, Marketing, Space Planning, the Vendor Community, and Distribution Centers.

Framing & Fine Art Division

Key business partner with Category Manager to ensure achievement of departmental goals in terms of sales, gross margin, and inventory. Owned the development and administration of basic and seasonal financial plans for the department. Managing exit strategies of sales programs to their most profitable conclusion possible.The CMP maintains the weekly forecasting of programs and the monthly presentation of those forecasts to the executive team.

Increased exposure to cross functional roles within organization while I create and maintain MFP Buyer/Class/Style level plans by week/month/season that are measured against corporate metrics for financial variables including sales, markdowns, gross margin, inventory turn, and liquidation. Captained an internal systems conversion requirement from the inventory management end-user group which provided increased data information through reporting tools. Was liaison between the IT team and executive management throughout the process. Assisted in the testing and system rollout of final version to the Merchant group.
