- Developed a conversational search system for service requesting in public administration by using Retriever-Augmented Generation ;- Collected data on public administration services by web scrapping using selenium and processed data (cleaning, topic modeling with LDA model and chuncking) ;- Evaluated differents embeddings models (multilingual e5 from hugging face and text-embedding-ada-002 from openai) as retrievers. Used hybrid search by adding BM25 algorithm to the retriever and used re-ranker model of Cohere to improve the retriever performance ;-Fine-tuned Mistral-7b-instruct-v0.1 for text generation using QLora to have almost same performance while consuming fewer resource. Used Langchain that have a lot of tools to easily interact with LLMs.

- Developed a professional feedback system to suggest solutions to a company due to customer dissatisfaction. Users reviews are classified into 3 classes (not satisfied, mixed and satisfied) ;- Downloaded amazon reviews dataset and took only the french reviews. Processed data (cleaning, using word cloud to observe most frequents words for each note) ;- Fine-tuned the distilbert-base-multilingual-cased model used for classification tasks. Tuned hyperparameters to have best performance. Used GPT 3.5 model of Openai to make a suggestion based on user's comment.

Used Laravel for Backend and Angular for Frontend;Developed a web site for a call center using Laravel. Integrated stripe as a payment method on the platform and automatically generated receipts after payment;Designed network architecture and made an intelligent bin for managing Electricals, Electronics and Households appliances Waste. The bin can collect waste and send an alert when it reaches a given fill level. Used proximity and weight sensors and an arduino board to build it.
