- Member of Strategic Leadership team, responsible for the delivery of all logistics functions across the NZDF, 1700 people spread across New Zealand. I had the lead on HSW, strategic engagement, risk report, and the overall culture and morale.- Implemented the Strategic Engagement Plan for 60 stakeholders, NZDF and external agencies (AoG and International), allowing the unit to effectively plan, manage, and satisfy multiple customers and contracts.

- Project manager for a new aircraft maintenance facility for the RNZAF, starting the first servicing three months from project initiation. Implemented new systems, operating strategy, organisational model, and developed unit ethos and culture. 5 direct reports, 50 staff.- Saved the organisation $1m in the first six months, reduced aircraft servicing turnaround times by 50% and introduced compliance, assurance, and audit processes for the unit, which were later adopted by the RNZAF.

- Working as the airframe and systems engineer on the Pilot Training Project, NZDF Capability Branch. In a team of five contributing to the research and writing of the NZDF business case for the Ministry of Defence to take to cabinet.
