Responsible for the safe, secure and on-time operation of Allegiant, Myrtle Beach DirectAir, AirTran and other air carrier's flights in multiple cities.

Ran Cincinnati airport with 10 regional jets per day for Pinnacle and Mesaba airlines. Took a poor performing station and brought it into one of the strongest performing stations in the carrier's system. Was so successful in transforming Cincinnati that I was asked to take those skills to another station to start a turn-around there. Due to merger with Delta, position was short lived.

Liaison with TSA. Oversaw security/audit staff. Handled Letters of Investigation (LOIs) for carrier. Researched, investigated and responded to governmental regulators concerning alledged infractions. When necessary met with governmental personnel to negotiate and settle infractions. Handled day to day security questions and prepared plain English guidance for front line employees of current and new security legislation.

Developed and presented new station opening training programs. Participated in Inflight training program development. Liaison with FAA FSDO office for response to ground investigations. Audited existing stations and made suggestions for improvement. Developed relationships and oversight of contract service providers.

Led the training department for Customer Service. Oversaw training development from conception to delivery to retention audit. Responsible for carrier security, station audits, aircraft fueling department and audit, customer service safety and incident investigation. Served as liaison for FAA POI, TSA PSI and conferred with FAA PMI. Developed policy and procedure while responsible for the Customer Service Manual, Winter Operations program and governmental security guidance interpretation. Investigated Letters of Investigation and negotiated settlements when required. Built a cohesive dedicated and focused management team.

Ran multiple departments including training, policy and procedure, audit and station review, safety, security, aircraft fueling and winter operations.

Progressed from station agent through the ranks to eventually open MGM for USAir as station manager. Successfully launched new jet service and provided oversight of personnel in delivering superior customer service. Worked with local radio and the chamber of commerce to develop passenger traffic.
