Sr. Manager for global transition team, liaising and ensuring seamless transition from the construction phase to the asset management phase for Amazon new build sites.

- Lead organization of ~1200+ hourly technicians and salaried Facilities Management/Maintenance, Controls, and CMMS personnel.- Responsible for heading up daily Facilities maintenance activities of our associates at 60+ fulfillment centers in the US and Canada, as well as heading up R&D activities for our future generation of controls/Slam development.- This year, the Facilities organization has hired over 400+ hourly and salaried Facilities personnel to execute technical maintenance activities at both new start-up sites and existing site expansion projects. - Responsible for the skill set development and career path progression planning for all levels of the organization. Also, responsible for growing our collegiate partnerships in order to support Facilities campus and intern hires.- Responsible for Facilities launch efforts at 3 automated sites in 2013 (2 new sites, 1 expansion) that are the first sites at Amazon to function with both high speed sortation material handling systems as well as KIVA bots.- Drive the phased implementation of network-wide CMMS and development of standard KPI's to communicate at the local and network levels - Ultimately responsible for continuing to drive the organization's strategic direction and implementing standardized, scalable processes that will continue to support the company's incredible 30% year-over-year growth!

From May 2009 - June 2013, responsible for building the facilities organizational structure as well as overall ops & facilities maintenance in our rapidly growing North America fulfillment center network. Ultimately responsible for giving counsel, guidance, and direction to Facilities Managers (FM's) in our North American network. Responsible for leading all facets of Facilities/maintenance team implementation in new North American greenfield/brownfield sites.From April/May 2011 through October 2011 time frame, lead the organization in interim-Director role. Staff the organization with additional Regional Managers to effectively manage our growing North American network & give direction to these Regional Managers on achieving organizational priorities. Maintain focus on new start-up sites as well as existing sites undergoing capacity expansion projects. Continue to drive organizational staffing plan for publicly stated 2012 sites.

Responsible for overall readiness, staffing, and maintenance operations of 3 diverse Amazon.com fulfillment centers in the Northern KY area. Responsible for overall operations & facilities maintenance, PIT (mobile equipment) management, as well as capacity expansion capital project at one site.

Several different positions of increasing responsibility including: Vehicle Assembly Maintenance Supervisor (Paint shop), Process Engineer, corporate HQ's Organizational Strategic Maintenance Planner, Facilities Management Rep, and Facilities Manager.
