Customer facing role as a Systems Analyst I worked with customers to understand their business objectives and recommend a solution to meet their requirements. This included workflow analysis of the current business processes to build a solution that would meet the requirement. This would focus on three key areas of improvement, cost savings, time reduction.

Technical Sales for Kodak Professional. Territory covered was Ontario and Quebec. Customers included Commercial Imaging Labs and Wedding Portrait Labs. Sales revenue were several million dollars. Responsible for maintaining and growing the territory by selling high speed photographic printers, scanners, digital imaging software and consumables. Consumables.

Managed a group of national subject matter experts supporting digital imaging and traditional photography. Our clients were both professional and consumer users of Kodak Professional and Consumer products.

Responsible for selling Large Format Printers nationally. Worked with the Product Manager and local sales reps to understand the customer requirement and offer the best solution to meet their needs. Trained the National Technical Support group to support customers after implementation and also Kodak Service to handle any onsite service escalations.

Segami was an online Photographic Print fulfillment company. As a new online startup I was tasked with designing and building the internet infrastructure through to the back end production. This included pulling a fibre optic line into the building to the local web servers. Images then moved through the workflow and advanced imaging algorithms were applied.

Supported an assortment of Kodak Professional products including Large Format Inkjet Printers, Professional Digital Cameras, Digital Imaging Workstations, Digital Scanners and Film Recorders. Delivered Colour Management solutions nationally across Canada in Commercial Photo Labs and to the Public Sector.

Handled service escalations on Kodak equipment including One Hour Photolabs, Digital Imaging Workstations, Production Photo Printers and High Speed Photocopiers/Duplicators.
