Physical Design, Mixed-Signal Verification

Design lead for Transceiver RFIC design/development for mobile cellular communications. Primary responsibilites are digital specification, digital design flow and CAD support in a mixed-signal environment, PLL modeling and calibration, mixed-signal integration and verification.

Digital design, calibration algorithm development, and mixed-signal verification for an integrated cellular handset transceiver. Responsible for RTL coding, synthesis, test-bench construction, place&route, DRC/LVS checks, and mixed-signal verification.

Successful completion of nine ASIC designs with responsibilities ranging from architectural studies, RTL coding, system validation, synthesis, static timing analysis, production ramp, and customer support. Acted as individual contributor and team lead for customer-specific contracts and internal IP development.
