I've had the opportunity to work in virtually every phase of business from supply chain through manufacturing, staff positions and management team as a CIO. As an executive consultant, I've done enterprise planning, Knowledge and Document Management implementation, and done extensive coaching and mentoring. I've worked with several companies in initial Six Sigma implementation efforts.My goal is to use my experience to train and mentor companies in the use of Six Sigma methodologies to improve business performance.
