Proving First, Second & some Third Line Support to a small to medium sized network in a small team. Job role does include a small degree of user training, but predominately consists of hardware and software setup and support. I can provide a detailed Job Specification if requested.Working with Windows XP and Windows 2000 at the Desktop and working with Windows Vista and Windows 7 in test environments. Connected to Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008 machines with Exchange for email using Consolidated Servers (ESX &VMware over 7 blades with fail over and server load balancing tools)Day to day duties include First Line help desk and call logging duties, support over telephone and via VNC/Remote access.Second Line Support including remote access and site visits to users to solve day to day issues which may occur; Re-imaging of machines using RIS/WDS when required. Third Line Duties including server setup and configuration, Virtualisation, capture and restoration of snapshots, backup restoration and Console based Anti Virus protection and distribution of software using remote deployment, design of logon scripts, system architecture design and hardware/software solutions testing and provision, software roll out via GP and SMS/SCCM. Currently studying an NVQ in Customer Services and working towards Microsoft Accreditation to help improve quality of service to learners and staff.

Providing simple and effective means for clients to promote their business using the World Wide Web, using a combination of efficient code, graphical presentation using specialised Search Engine marketing techniques to attract relevant web traffic and thus increase turnover. Duties have included consultancy on web design ideas, employee communications, producing quotes for work and of course documented evidence of time spent on projects, Creation of Graphical adverts for other media, (i.e. print), Search Engine Keyword optimization for popular products within a sector, keeping website content up to date and accurate. Responsible for the creation of CMS based websites to allow customers to update their own information without specialized software, these systems are tailored to the client's specific needs, allowing them to maintain their own website efficiently while allowing our company to concentrate on the Marketing and Optimization side of things.Trained users on new software, allowing them to understand updates, edits and efficient use of solution to maximise potential.
