Wrote, edited, published, and maintained materials in a repository of 500+ customer-facing documents pertaining to Laird's wireless modules as part of a core team of documentation specialists in Laird's Connectivity Products Business Unit. Interfaced and cooperated with engineers and subject matter experts to produce high-quality, accurate, timely support materials, such as user guides, application notes, and various diagrams and illustrations. Served as the in-office UI / UX point of contact in development of several software offerings produced by our business unit. Built and maintained the front-end of CPBU's support center. Designed and illustrated several public-facing graphics and marketing materials (advertisements, infographics, web landing pages) using Adobe Illustrator / InDesign / Photoshop, as well as HTML / CSS / JS.

Designed, built, and deployed several web presences for clients both regional and across the country, working exclusively with content management systems such as Wordpress. Created unique, engaging, intuitive web sites for clients.
