Part of National partnering team looking after the Midlands Region of Social Housing Partnering accounts.Ledger of 15-20 made up in the main of Contractors to Social Housing, Housing Associations, Councils with turnover circa £10 – 15 million.Liaising with Local and National Branches to ensure smooth supply of products for the Reactive Maintenance of Social Housing projects.Meeting with all Clients minimum monthly to discuss / improve customer service based on KPIs, Operative feedback, tenant feedback, Housing void projects, stock initiatives, cost savings.

Oversee 7 Buildbase branches in the Midlands, meeting regularly with Branch Managers and Area Branch Managers to discuss and help improve the following:P&Ls, Operational costs, Sales, H&S, Aged Stock, Customer Service

Overseeing 3 Branches and a standalone Partnering Depot for the Walsall Housing Group.Duties were similar to the Regional Role above on a smaller scale but also included standing in for Branch Managers during Holidays, Absence or new Recruitment.
