• Review and analyze reports submitted by employees and identify actual or potential safety problems.• Investigate all aspects of the event to determine the root cause of the problem.• Propose solutions for those problems. • Provide feedback and / or counseling and training as needed to the individuals involved in the event.

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance and repair of various commercial aircraft fleet types.• Troubleshooting of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, jet and turbo prop engines, complete necessary repairs as diagnosed. Document all performed maintenance tasks as mandated by the FAA.• Fabricate and install permanent Structural repair, both sheet metal and composite material • Coordinate with Maintenance Control scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance.• Provide technical support and work direction to other mechanics to ensure timely and safe operation of aircraft.• Lead Mechanic on Aircraft heavy (C check)

• Perform assigned inspection functions, in accordance with company maintenance manual inspection procedures, to ensure company aircraft are maintained to prescribe standards of airworthiness and serviceability.• Perform Required Inspection Items functions.• Perform receiving inspections of parts and accessories.• Audit to ensure the proper completion of aircraft records during maintenance.• Accomplish non-destructive inspection operations. (Eddy Current, Ultrasonic,Die Penetrate and Bond master.)• Aircraft Damage assessment, and coordinating with engineering department to design the repairs and oversee maintenance mechanics during structural repairs.
