This is role is to work with the very top our customer base, the manufacturers themselves (I.E. Subaru (US/CA), BMW/Mini, Volvo, VW, and Audi). To maintain relationships with them, and to work hand in hand on any projects and/or customer needs that they may have. Also, to update them on future changes, evolutions, and make sure that we continue to meet.

My role is to work with recently enrolled and trained customers on our companies main two (largest) wholesale products. To assist them in the most crucial first 4 months with the goal being to get them over the established threshold (that we have determined 90% of the time will guarantee success). This included mediating and working with outside reps.

To manage new customers, optimize existing customers, perpetuate and advance existing relationships with our third party partners, work with our product team to help optimize the products/services themselves, and assist in marketing the product and even generating sales when needed.

To oversee all training and on boarding of new locations for our vast amounts of products. I do this within my set territory, of which I am also reponsible for optimizing production. I also assist these locations with anything they need to help them to reach their goals and meet expectations.

Merchandise sales all over the main concourse during Cavalier, Monster, Gladiators, concerts, and other events that require sales.

Monitor, maintain, and assist in all management of employees, setup/teardown of equipment, and cleaning and maintaining the concessions environment.
