I have been many things, writer, journalist, poet, cartologist, paranormal investigator, line cook,stand-up comedian, contractor, events coordinator, editor, teacher, retail sales person, band front-man, agent for a legal firm and criminal. The last requiring far more skill to do successfully than any of the other occupations. As Alvin Karpis told me as a child, "There are a lot of dumb criminals son. If you can be smarter than over half of them you will seem to be a genius".Genius I will not claim but I am certainly "smarter than the average bear". I have met the "average bear" and he is generally a moron. Then again I have done a lot of dumb things myself. I have survived situations that leave others injured or worse. My Great Grandma once said, "Your born lucky or your born smart." Still trying to figure out which one I am.I have developed an actual fan base for my writing without being published outside of journalism in the last five years. I feel this only shows the depth of my talent but then again, please refer to the previous paragraphs.I also read Tarot, other divination and council on spell work earning me the nick name "The Wizard" which I put on my business cards. Base of operations is at Gracie Jane's Art Gallery/Bar in Saint Albert. Though I make no such claim of psychic ability other than a strong foundation in esoteric knowledge, my readings are uncannily accurate. My lectures on the occult and paranormal have ranged from recounting the exploits of Harry Price and Borley Rectory to the theoretical math proving alternate realities and what it can mean to meta-physics and demonology. I do nothing that I feel, like my ability to write, can not be taught.
