Shop duties included cleaning, keeping inventory, managing junior technicians, and maintainence on fluid machines. It was required to provide honest, efficient, and accurate oil changes while trying to sell other services. I also provided services such as fluid exchanges in transmissions, differentials, radiators, as well as providing brake changes.
