Reporting to the Group Asset Management Controller, I currently hold the position of Desktop Support Engineer with a customer base of approx 200 end users across all levels of the organisation at the Integrated Services Head Office, I am responsible for the provision and decommissioning of all Desktop PC, Laptop and Printers, providing 2nd Line Software & Hardware Support via telephone, email and desk side assistance, daily/weekly backup tape cycles (Legato) management and storage, troubleshooting and logging support calls for server hardware errors.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, I currently hold the position of Desktop Support Engineer with a customer base of approx 200 customers across all levels of the organisation at the Integrated Services Head Office, I am responsible for the provision and decommissioning of all Desktop PC, Laptop and Printers, providing 2nd Line Software & Hardware Support via telephone, email and desk side assistance, daily/weekly backup tape cycles and storage, Hardware Asset Management, Software and Hardware assessment/testing for upcoming and ongoing projects.

Reporting to Company Director, I held the position of technical support engineer, providing support to home and small business users across Gloucestershire, providing Software and Hardware support for desktop/laptop/printer/network/server issues.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, I held the position of Senior Engineer providing support to, and cover for Regional Team Leader managing a Team of 8 Desktop Support Engineers, across 5 locations within the UK, ensuring the requirements of the SLA based contract were adhered to on a daily basis, and holding weekly operation review with customer SDM.In addition providing 2nd/3rd Line Technical support as part of a Team of 6 engineers providingsupport to approx 2000 users, 2500 assets, across 3 sites, LAN/WAN Support (Wireless and cabled), 4 Video Conferencing Suites, network and stand-alone printing.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, I was responsible for 2nd/3rd line Hardware/Software support, providing support to a user base of approx 220 users, 250 Desktops/Laptops/Servers, Video Conferencing Suite, and on-site LAN/WAN (Wireless & cabled), network and stand-alone print services.
