About Dave Eckhardt

I've worked with many engineers in the past who had the patience to teach me what I now know about EMC / RFI and RF / Antenna design. Of course, a lot of the knowledge was gained by "hitting the books" myself and building a very capable lab to 21 GHz. In general the skill is not taught in the modern classrooms. It's time in semi-retirement to pass that information on to others via a consulting business. Maintain a small lab to 21 GHz specifically aimed at EMC and RFI concerns. Have also done a fair amount of job-specific antenna design from HF through low-microwave frequencies. Also been involved with RF design of receivers/transmitters to 2 kW from HF through low microwave frequencies.
