Foster & Gallagher Children's division consisted of Catalog and eCommerce operations for HearthSong, ChildCraft, Learn&Play, Magic Cabin Dolls and Kidz Street. After a successful expansion of the business, it was sold to 1-800-Flowers.

Oriental Trading Company is a B2B and B2C Novelties, Home Decor and Gardening company. During this period of time it was a fantastic place to work, with explosive growth over a short period of time. Many bright and talented people helped to grow this company into a direct marketing giant. Dave joined the company with a role in Operations / IT, and after a year, had the distinct privilege to work as part of the Directors Team to aggressively grow the Oriental Trading business as well as the development of Terry's Village and Terry's Garden.

Mangelsen's was a large Craft industry wholesaler that eventually merged with Ben Franklin. Dave joined as an IT developer and through a relationship with Dennis Hopple, President, and mentoring of Rich O'Connor, retiring President, grew his role into running both the Warehouse and IT groups. Bill Mangelsen was founder and CEO of both the US operation and Greensward, co-founded by Lucy Chiu in Hong Kong to support import/export operations.
