In this role, I direct protection initiatives, steering overall safety and security of employees, assets and operations throughout stationery and travel safety. I oversee security programs for 6,500+ employees including C-Suite level executives, management staff, and associates.Steer the development and introduction of company-wide technical standards and procedures in relation to access control, risk mitigation and monitoring, emergency response, and incident management.Fostered cohesive relationships with technology personnel to implement up to date software application to ensure effective usage and capabilities.Assessed workplace violence, insider threats, and active shooter programming, developing skills and knowledge to prevent corporate tragedy.

In this role, I was responsible for corporate advancement and global business operations for a successful security and investigation firm contracted by Bloomberg LP. I successfully managed a diverse team of 400+ employees across 30+ countries, in North and South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. My strategic oversight ensured the seamless execution of global business relations and operations.Developed robust relationships with local, state, federal, and international law enforcement agencies, collaborating on various events and daily media relation segments involving prominent figures such as politicians, celebrities, and federal government officials.Coordinated and oversaw the security and safety for the 2014 Latin American forum, which included four country presidents, at Bloomberg’s global HQ, managing logistics with law enforcement agencies from the U.S. and four visiting countries (Chile, Mexico, Colombia, and Peru).Led new hire training, implemented recruitment strategies, and introduced regulated policies and procedures, fostering sustainable security protocols, including vendor management, emergency response methods, and client-specific procedures.Oversaw security personnel and operations in 60+ global offices, emphasizing effective communication and executive leadership to enhance productivity.
