• Analyze the financial statements of new and current suppliers to determine the health of the supplier and determine if there are any risks that may cause a disruption to Boeing’s product lines.• Exclusively monitor a portfolio of high risk suppliers to establish a strong relationship with the company’s leadership and ensure any complex financial issues are fully understood.• Work closely with internal business partners to ensure the financial risk a supplier poses is clearly communicated and provide recommendations on when risk mitigation activities are necessary.• Lead on-site financial reviews of suppliers with the purpose of fully understanding a supplier’s historical performance and future outlook through interviews with company leadership, on-the-fly analysis of financial data, and the provide a detailed risk assessment to Supplier Management leadership teams.• Develop financial models, perform scenario analysis and communicate the results to Supplier Management to determine what impact, if any, specific internal or external business decisions could have on a supplier• Mentor and train analysts throughout the entire work statement. Provide training opportunities to other analysts through the review process by introducing/explaining new or difficult financial concepts.• Lead the customer development, testing and maintenance of Boeing’s Corporate Credit System. • Responsible for responding to business partner requests for queries of our internal database of supplier financial information.• Developed a new more robust and efficient workflow and metrics tool, using a combination of Excel data tables, VBA and SQL.
