This was a very broad role, eventually covering the entire East and West Midlands. In addition to sales and account management for small business and corporate customers across the area, it was also my responsibility to oversee business sales across the midlands retail store estate. This involved training the store managers and their teams on how to identify and support the business customers amongst the 75,000+ customer footfall they were receiving each month. Further responsibilites included involvement in national marketing and training/procedural initiatives.
