• Lead the technology selection process for the Sulphur Removal Unit (SRU)
• Development of the associated Project Execution Plan.
• Program Change Coordinator and Lessons Learned Coordinator (assembling and implementing approximately 350 lessons from a similar plant at Tucker Lake).
• Involved with the development of the contracting strategy and related market intelligence research, Request for Proposal (RFP) package issued to EPC bidders, EPC Bid Review, final negotiations, and contract award..
