• Management of Project to Upgrade SQL2008 across the UK estate to SQL2016, including proof of concept to prove the operation in a Virtual Machine environment and planning and scheduling with the IS teams and the factory.
• Management of deployment across UK and Spain of Vulnerability Assessment Scanning Solution to prioritise found vulnerabilities against global exploitations
• Management of project to replace on-site proxy server with a cloud based solution, reducing costs and improving service, including the testing and deployment of agents across all client machines.
• Management to remove existing ‘packet’ shaping devices and working with the datcomms provider to provision Class of Service and Quality of Service across the UK WAN to manage and police traffic to ensure critical data.

• Travelex is the world leading Foreign Exchange specialist and largest non-bank provider of commercial cross-border payment services provided directly to retail customers through a network of stores, ATMs, Remittance.
• Management of the development of a new Retail Point of Sales and global deployment resulting in a standardised and modernised global Foreign Exchange retail solution leading to decreased support costs and decreasing.
• Managed of the relocation of corporate Head Office and vault operations to 2 new separate locations, Head Office within London and the vault and operations outside of London decreasing the building costs and vault.
• Investigation, selection and management of the installation and integration of a new payment and acquiring gateway for ‘customer not present’ transactions, benefiting from enhanced fraud prevention and detection.
• Management of a project to facilitate the customisation of the Retail Point of Sales solution to a partner, allowing them to build the solution into their corporate strategy and generate additional revenues through.
• Relocation of a European Vault and Dealing Services to the UK, affecting IT and 8 business streams, resulting in annual cost reductions of £1m, decreased operational complexity

Responsible for the data and voice communication networks across the multiple geographically dispersed locations, including budgetary responsibility, and the selection and implementation of new systems to provide a technically and cost effective solution for the organisation. I implemented the first Data networks where multiple disparate operating systems.
