Dave Felde has over 10 years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Visio to perform a variety of tasks including documenting processes, creating training materials, managing projects, and training and supporting thousands of application users. Dave’s first career move out of college was at Orange County Business College where he served as a school counselor, teacher, and later focused on administration as the Assistant Dean. Needing to learn more advanced computer skills, he obtained a training job with ExecuTrain where they taught him the entire Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications. At Epoch Internet and Flashcom, he developed and delivered training on the products and services focusing on Internetworking technology and in-house CRM systems for the sales team. CBRE’s IT Department brought Dave on to develop a standard for Process Mapping then deliver that standard in person to CBRE’s international offices. He got into Project Management while there and did a great deal of Documentation for the company including the creation of the IT Policies and Procedures manual. He is currently solely responsible for technical support on Commercial Real Estate CRM software for over 10,000 clients.
