Wow, I turned 56 in 2016 and decided to quit my job and start a new company. And that's after I was self employed for 28 years.So, Jersey Hot Tub Repair is what I came up with. I met a retired policeman who had started a business repairing hot tubs about 25 years ago. He was ready to retire again. I spent an entire year as his apprentice, learning the technology, getting on the job training, and meeting his business contacts where I was able to receive formal training.Now that I've taken over his business, I am in the process of growing: adding new customers, making arrangements with hot tub manufacturers to represent them, and building a network of hot tub sales companies who need someone to service their clients.It's funny I would go from something high tech like video marketing to something a little more tradesman like, but I enjoy having a lot of small clients instead of a few big ones, I enjoy the freedom of being on the road all day, and I really like having free time during the winter, when I don't want to be out driving in the snow anyway.If you want to find out more about my new company, check out www.JerseyHotTubRepair.com.I think of Linked-in as my professional bank.
