I was responsible for delivering all business outturns of the service platforms assigned (Phoenix Carrier/GMV, IVR and Market Pulse, architectural roadmap, strategic planning, functional and non-functional deliveries, deployments, and resolution of live incidents (alongside BTO), live performance (including RFT and availability), capacity management and forecasting. My responsibility combines delivery management and in life platform management for the entire life cycle of a Capability.I delegated, coached and set direction for the project and operations teams, providing leadership and timely decisions, maintaining control of technical, commercial and operational activities. This ensured progress was maintained against committed plans and platform/business strategic objectives.

I was responsible for developing new voice designs for Wholesale Voice Business and Customer Relationship Management. I adopted the preferred method of delivery projects using the agile concept.I managed the design team in developing the first Network Open Application System for Global.I delivered One Voice Mobile Access and the introduction of SIP based signalling into the Global Managed Voice Network.
