Responsible for the efficient and cost effective management of the Sydney Water fleet consisting of 1350 vehicles. To develop and implement a centralised fleet management unit able to fulfil the organisations operational fleet requirements through the identification, development and delivery of output based vehicle specifications operated on optimum asset lives. To provide a cost effective and efficient internal mail sorting and delivery facility for a multi-sited organisation employing 10,000 staff. From November 2003 to October 2004, also responsible for Waste Recycling & Collection Services. To provide an efficient and reliable residual waste collection service whilst developing and implementing strategy for expanding the recycling facilities, also to plan and implement key recommendations from a fundamental service review.
