With over 15 years of experience in various consumer-facing industries, I am a strategic marketer and team leader who drives growth and profitability for iconic brands. I am currently the Marketing Director of Global SweeTARTS brand at Ferrara, charged with driving disruptive growth both in the US and globally. Ferrara is the #1 sugar confectionary brand in the US, with over $2B in retail sales.Prior to my current role I was the Marketing Director for Trolli, Laffy Taffy, and Now and Later at Ferrara, where I oversaw a team of six marketing professionals, while leading P&L management, product innovation & renovation, marketing communications, and shopper marketing for these candy brands, which currently garner $470MM in retail sales. I have a proven track record of delivering results through disruptive consumer engagement programs across Paid/Owned/Earned channels and new product innovation. Some of my recent achievements include developing refined brand positionings across Trolli, Laffy Taffy and Now & Later, and launching new award-winning brand campaigns for each.
