Was in charge of high dollar manifest items and making sure that items on the list were on the truck. In charge of training employees on forklifts and electric pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA. Main goal was to motivate team to work at a consistant fast pace while also having a good time, or being a leader.

Was in charge of running the fishing, hunting, and camping departments in the store. I was in charge of firearm paperwork and making sure that it was properly kept and processed. Set daily goals on what we wanted to sell for the day and add on services such as private label credit cards and warranties. Was MOD of the store at times and was a key holder for the store. At times was responsible for 30 employees working at any given time.
