I am valued because I care and work with people to get the result they want. Having started off in in research and spent time in education, I have been working as a water hygiene sector since 2008. Starting off as a Legionella Risk Assessor, but gaining experience in many different areas, from closed system testing, to swimming pool management, environmental investigation and private water supplies. I have also provided expert witness services and was involved with the G4S Harlow Case.I have now started my own business, ENVOQ Ltd, providing water testing, Legionella compliance services, water hygiene consultancy and expert witness services. I am very much looking forward to starting this new chapter in my life and providing services to new clients.As a business development manager I took the lead role in tripling turnover and quadrupling profits in 3 years by developing client relationships and improving efficiency of work practices. I have helped instigate online marketing campaigns and direct sales strategies.I have designed, programmed and implemented a tablet-based risk assessment format that substantially reduced reporting times.As a legionella risk assessor I have surveyed the full range of complex sites, from simple residential homes to large complex hospital sites.I have helped clients deal with many difficult water hygiene issues, including legionella outbreak incidents. I have project managed large county council contracts and single site sites to ensure targets are met and clients are happy.Due to time spent in teaching, I provide some of the best legionella related training in the sector; I engage people to ensure learning and understanding, instead of just talking to PowerPoint slides.I have been responsible for the quality assurance of a team, including auditing, training, implementing changes to ACOP L8 and HAG274 and registration for the LCA.I look forward to hearing from you.
